Program Overview, Goals & Objectives:
– Length = 12 Weeks.
– Functional Strength – Squats (Back & Front), Strict Press.
– Strong Olympic Pulls – Clean/Snatch. Working with deficits and increasing loads.
– Accessory Volume – RDLs, Chest Press, Pull Ups, etc.
– Barbell Speed – technique drills/barbell cycles with lighter loads. Focus on SPEED with quality movement.
– Olympic MetCons – DB and Barbell. Again, keeping loads lighter with added conditioning.
